Sankt Nicolaj Kirke

Bogense Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the north coast of the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Skovby Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Bogense Kommune in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Nordfyns Kommune in the Syddanmark region as part of the local reform on January 1, 2007 .

4024 inhabitants live in the parish, 3990 of them in the Bogense community center (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Sankt Nicolaj Kirke", also called "Bogense Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Skovby Sogn in the south and west and Nørre Sandager Sogn in the east .
