Søndersø Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Skovby Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Søndersø Kommune in Fyns Amt , which became part of Nordfyns Kommune in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

3,685 inhabitants live in the parish, 3,273 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Søndersø Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are in the southwest Vigerslev Sogn , in the northwest Særslev Sogn , in the northeast Særslev Sogn and in the east Lunde Sogn , also in the southeast neighboring Odense municipality Allesø Sogn and Næsbyhoved-Broby Sogn .
