Vigerslev Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Skovby Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Søndersø Kommune in Fyns Amt , which became part of Nordfyns Kommune in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .
2900 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Vigerslev Kirke" and "Langesø Skovkapel" ( German: Langesee Forest Chapel ).
Neighboring municipalities are in the west Veflinge Sogn , in the northwest Særslev Sogn and in the northeast Søndersø Sogn , furthermore in the southeastern neighboring Odense municipality Næsbyhoved-Broby Sogn , Korup Sogn and Ubberud Sogn and in the southwest neighboring Assens municipality Vissenbjerg Sogn .
