The Bolshaya Pula ( Russian Большая Пула , "Great Pula") is a right tributary of the Sula in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug in northwestern Russia .

The Bolshaya Pula rises on the eastern flank of the northern Timan ridge . It flows west first, but then turns north-east and leaves the mountainous country. It has many narrow meanders in the middle and lower reaches . After 172 km it reaches the Sula. The catchment area of the Bolshaya Pula covers 1560 km².
