The Bora Computer Group is a German wholesale and retail company for computers and electronic data processing based in Düren .

history

In 1998, Bora Aktug-Bölck founded Bora Computer GbR in Düren as a distribution company with an outlet . Later it became Bora Aktug-Bölck Rene Hall Ralph Servos and Achim Heyne GbR with partners.

Bora Computer GmbH & Co. KG was founded on September 1, 2008. In 2010 Bora took over the insolvent Litec Computervertrieb eK in Munich and changed its name to Schwanthaler Computer GmbH & Co. KG, Munich, on December 9, 2010.

1 January 2013 Bora took over 13 branches of the insolvent K & M Electronics in the newly formed for this purpose K & M Computer GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Munich, as well as the online shop of Vobis as a franchise partner .

In autumn 2015, the company K & M-Computer, which belongs to the Bora Group, took over three branches of the insolvent computer retailer Atelco and on March 1, 2016 another eight .

The company sells computers and electronic components in 31 branches in Germany as well as through an online shop. 75% of sales are attributable to retail and 25% to wholesale.
