The Borgdorfer See is a lake between the villages of Borgdorf and Seedorf in the municipality of Borgdorf-Seedorf in Schleswig-Holstein .
The lake is located approx. 2 km northeast of the town of Nortorf , in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district , on the southwestern edge of the Westensee Nature Park . Its water surface is approximately 50 hectares and the water depth is over 8 m.
There are several bathing spots on Lake Borgdorfer See, e.g. B. the bathing establishment in Seedorf. There is a campsite on the northern bank. In the west are the remains of Borgdorf-Seedorf Castle .
