Ralph Borghard
Ralph Borghard (born April 17, 1944 in Rostock ) is a former German figure skater who competed internationally for the GDR in a single run .
He started for the GDR for the SC Dynamo Berlin until 1966 and from 1967 for the Federal Republic for the Düsseldorfer EG , but took part in international tournaments only for the GDR.
In 1963, 1964 and 1966 he was GDR champion . He took part in three European championships , his best result was sixth place, which he achieved in 1963 and 1966 . In his only world championship he was 14th in 1966. In 1964 he played the Olympic Games in Innsbruck and finished eleventh.
