Boromo is a city and a department in the West African state of Burkina Faso in the Boucle du Mouhoun region and capital of the province of Balé. Boromo is on the main road that connects the country's two major cities, Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso . The population in the four sectors of the main town and the eight associated villages is 29,849.
