The Bräugasse 3 is a town house in White Castle in Bavaria , a district town in Central Franconia district Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-114 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building is located in the Weißenburg old town, which is under ensemble protection, in Bräugasse, a lane south of Luitpoldstrasse and east of the market square . It stands at a height of 425 meters above  sea ​​level .

The community center is a two-storey gable- roof building with a plastered framework on a slightly trapezoidal floor plan. In essence, it dates from the 14th and 15th centuries; the year 1440 is assumed to be the year of construction. The house alternated between bakers, sieve makers, butters, nail smiths, butchers and finally a shoemaker. A renovation was carried out by Büttner Wilhelm Kraft in 1578/1579. Further renovations took place in the 18th and 19th centuries; Shops and workshops were installed on the ground floor and the facade on the street side was renewed. The last structural interventions, especially in the inner wall structures, took place until 1935.
