It is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1899 for the general manager August Stoffregen . Friedrich Staeding from Brunswick worked as an architect . The floor plan of the building is irregular, the design is mainly based on the neo-renaissance style . In 1928 the building was rebuilt to reduce it.
The property fence is also part of the monument.
