The house at Brühlstraße 1 is a listed villa in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg at the northeastern beginning of the Brühlstrasse and is entered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The plastered villa was built in 1901 in Art Nouveau style and its design is reminiscent of the architecture of a castle. The ground plan and facade show neo-baroque elements. It was built by the architect Max Schneck for the goldsmith Kraemer . The property enclosure is also part of the monument.
