Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1897 by the Brunswick architect Friedrich Staeding . The facade of the castle-like building has yellow clinker bricks. Architectural details in the neo-renaissance style can be found mainly on bay windows , gables and fittings. The fence of the property is also part of the monument. The garden of the property has an old planting.
