Brandhub ( vernacular : Brandhuab ) is a district of the municipality of Halsbach in the Upper Bavarian district of Altötting .

location

The hamlet of Brandhub is about two and a half kilometers south of Halsbach on state road 2357 .

history

Its name refers to a once burned and rebuilt Hube . The place belonged to the community Oberzeitlarn from the foundation of the community in 1818 and came with their dissolution on January 1st 1964 to the community Halsbach.

In the village there is a listed path chapel, which is marked with the year 1891.
