Until the church is planted

Halsbach belonged to the Counts of Preysing , but was part of the Electorate of Bavaria. Halsbach was part of the Preysing rule forest . In the course of the administrative reforms in Bavaria , the municipality of Halsbach was created with the municipal edict of 1818 .

Community merger

Today's community was created on January 1, 1964 by merging the communities of Halsbach and Oberzeitlarn .

Between 1988 and 2018 the municipality grew from 855 to 961 by 106 inhabitants or by 12.4%.
