history

Until the church is planted

Between 711 and 728, Tüßling was mentioned as "Tuzzlingen" for the first time in a Salzburg register of goods. In 1377 and 1379 the place was raised to the market. The market belonged to the Counts of Haslang-Hohenkammer. The place was part of the Electorate of Bavaria (Mörmoosen district court) and formed a closed Hofmark , whose seat was Tüßling. Tüßling had market rights , but was only able to enforce a small part of it due to the rule of the court. In 1804 the Mörmoosen district court was dissolved. In the course of the administrative reforms in Bavaria , today's municipality was created with the municipal edict of 1818 .

Incorporations

On January 1, 1900, the community of Tüßling (Vormarkt) was incorporated into Tüßling. On October 1, 1970, the previously independent municipality of Mörmoosen was added. On October 1, 1971, parts of the former community of Unterburgkirchen followed . In 1978 the administrations of the municipality of Tüßling and the municipality of Teising were merged to form the Tüßling administrative community. This administrative community was dissolved again with effect from January 1, 1998 at the request of the municipality of Teising.
