Alois Rottenaicher

Alois Rottenaicher (* 1955 in Halsbach near Altötting ) is a German conductor .

Life

Rottenaicher studied school music and conducting at the Munich University of Music. During his training he conducted many concerts. Since 1981 he has been involved in the “Music Summer Between Inn and Salzach ”. At the same time, he was already working for radio and television. For years Alois Rottenaicher was solo repetiteur and Kapellmeister at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich, but also made guest appearances in Bozen , Meran , Essen and Gelsenkirchen , at the Munich Prinzregententheater and at the Carl Orff Festival Andechs .

Rottenaicher digs u. a. regularly forgotten compositions from the 18th and 19th centuries for the Neuburg Chamber Opera . Under his leadership, there was the "neck Bacher Passion" by Halsenbach performances Josef Mysliveček , but he also conducted the Goggolori of Wilfried Hiller on the neck Bacher forest stage .

In 2002 Rottenaicher took over the Munich Academic Orchestra Association, succeeding Georg Zettel.

Until the school year 2018/19 he worked as a music teacher at the Franz-Marc-Gymnasium in Markt Schwaben , today he is retired.
