Braunried is a hamlet and part of the municipality of the town of Roding, three kilometers to the west, and a district in the Cham district .

history

The formerly independent community of Braunried was completely incorporated into Roding in 1971. In 1961 the community had an area of ​​858.69 hectares and the community parts Braunried, Dicherling , Kaplhof , Lunz , Monessen , Nassen , Ödenhof , Pollenried and Zenzing . The census on May 25, 1987 found 17 residents.
