Brian Aubrey Marshall

Brian Aubrey Marshall (born April 24, 1973 in Orlando , Florida ) is an American bass player for the bands Alter Bridge and Creed .

Life

Marshall founded the band Creed in 1995 together with singer Scott Stapp , guitarist Mark Tremonti and drummer Scott Phillips , but left them again in 2000. When recording the third Creed album Weathered , guitarist Mark Tremonti took over the bass parts . After the complete breakup of the band in the meantime (2004), a reunification took place in 2009 with a full line-up.

In 2004 Marshall created the Alter Bridge project together with Creed members Tremonti, Phillips and The Mayfield Four singer Myles Kennedy , with which he released 6 studio albums in 15 years. Another band project called Head Heavy , which he started earlier, was ended.

In February 2001 he married his long-time girlfriend and they have a son with her. He runs a bed and breakfast with her in Costa Rica .
