Brian Michael Noble (born April 11, 1936 in Lancaster , Lancashire , † October 21, 2019 in Birkenhead ) was a British clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Shrewsbury .

Life

Brian Michael Noble was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Lancaster on June 11, 1960 .

Pope John Paul II named him Bishop of Shrewsbury on June 23, 1995 . The Archbishop of Birmingham , Maurice Couve de Murville , donated him episcopal ordination on August 30 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Patrick Kelly , Bishop of Salford , and John Brewer , Bishop of Lancaster.

On October 1, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
