Paul Brian Rodríguez Bravo (* 20th May 2000 in Tranqueras ) is a Uruguayan footballer who since August 2019 in the US MLS - Franchise Los Angeles FC has a contract. The winger has been a Uruguayan international since September 2019 .
Career
society
Brian Rodríguez comes from the youth academy of the Uruguayan top club CA Peñarol , where he was promoted to the first team for the 2018 season. On March 28, 2018, he made his debut in a 1-1 draw against Danubio FC in the top Uruguayan division . On May 24, he met the Manyas for the first time in the 3-0 home win against Boston River . In the following season, 2019, he penetrated the starting line-up of Peñarols.
On August 7, 2019 Rodríguez joined for a fee in the amount of 10.3 million euros for US MLS - Franchise Los Angeles FC . There he made his debut on August 26th in a 3-3 draw against local rivals LA Galaxy . In the 2019 game year , he played nine league games for his new club.
National team
Brian Rodríguez played two international matches for the Uruguayan U17 national team between October 2016 and March 2017 .
With the U20 , he took part in the U20 World Cup in Poland in 2019 , where the national team was used in all four games, scoring two goals and preparing one goal.
On September 7, 2019, Rodríguez made his A-team debut when he was on the pitch in the 2-1 win in the friendly against Costa Rica from the start. In his second international match four days later against the USA , he scored for the first time for the Celeste .
