British Film Designers Guild

The British Film Designers Guild ( BFDG) is an English professional association consisting of the Society of British film directors and designers emerged , which in 1946 was established.

In contrast to the American branch, the Art Directors Guild , the British professional association of film designers is not a union .

The British Film Designers Guild has members from every aspect of the Art Department , from draftsmen to costume designers , from decorators to production designers .

The organization , which is like a network among British filmmakers, aims to promote the art of film and television in Great Britain .
