British Grand Prix (Squash)

The British Grand Prix is a squash tournament for men. It takes place at the National Squash Center in Manchester , England and is part of the PSA World Tour .

The men's tournament was launched in 2010 and initially belonged to the PSA World Series , as it was added to the tournament calendar in 2010 and 2011 as a replacement for the British Open . After the British Open returned to the tournament calendar, the British Grand Prix in 2012 and after a one-year break also in 2014 and 2015 belonged to the International 70 and PSA 70 categories with a total prize money of 70,000 US dollars .

Ramy Ashour won the first two events in 2010 and 2011. In the 2012, 2014 and 2016 seasons, the title went to Nick Matthew .
