The ROWE British Grand Prix 2011 took place from September 19 to 25, 2011 at the National Squash Center in Manchester , United Kingdom . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2011/12 and belonged to the World Series Gold category .

The defending champion was Ramy Ashour , who won the title again this year. He defeated Nick Matthew in the final 3:11, 11: 3, 11: 7, and 11: 4.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Jens Schoor a spot in the main draw.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 115,000.
