Broniwka ( Ukrainian Бронівка ; Russian Броневка Bronewka ) is a village in the west of the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 430 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in the second half of the 16th century, is located at an altitude of 310 m on the bank of the Bowenez ( Бовенець ), a 42 km long left tributary of the Sbrutsch , which forms two ponds here, and administratively belongs to the rural municipality of Wijtiwzi in the west of Volochysk Raion .
In the village there is a kindergarten, a primary school, a cultural center, a library, a rescue station, a church building under renovation and shops for local supplies .
Broniwka is located 7 km south of the community center Viitivtsi , 25 km south-east of Rajonzentrum Volochysk km and about 40 west of Oblastzentrum Khmelnitsky .
