The Brookbäke is an approximately ten kilometer long left tributary of the Hunte in the area of ​​the city of Wildeshausen in the Lower Saxony district of Oldenburg .

The Brookbäke rises from two source streams in the village of Düngstrup , a farming community in the rural community of Wildeshausen. From there the Tieflandbach flows in a northerly direction through Lüerte , crosses under the state road L 873 , flows east of Bargloy , crosses under the B 213 , flows on the western outskirts of Wildeshaus, crosses under the K 242 , flows on the north-western outskirts of Wildeshausen, crosses under the A 1 and shortly afterwards flows into the Hunte in the Wiekau area .
