Bruce Mahler
Bruce Mahler (born September 12, 1950 in New York ) is an American actor , film producer and screenwriter , who mainly played the role of Douglas Fackler in the Police Academy films 1 to 3 and 6 and the role of Rabbi Glickman known in the sitcom Seinfeld .
Career
In 1977 Bruce Mahler appeared in two episodes of the Fernwood 2 Night series and in a comedy show in 1980. In 1984 he got the role of Douglas Fackler in the film Police Academy - Dumber Than the Police Allowed , which is also in the films Police Academy 2 - Now it's just getting started (1985), Police Academy 3 - ... and no one can stop them ( 1986) and Police Academy 6 - Resistance is futile (1989). In addition to the film Funland , Bruce Mahler played other minor roles in many films. In 2000 he also appeared in the films The Storm and Scary Movie .
