The Brunei Super League 2016 is the fourth season of the highest football league in Brunei since it was officially launched in 2012. The regular season began on March 12, 2016. The defending champion is MS PDB . Kota Ranger FC and Kasuka FC are promoted from the Brunei Premier League .
