The 2015/16 Hong Kong Premier League was the second season of the top Hong Kong men's football league under this name and the 104th season since it was officially launched in 1908. The season began on September 12, 2015 and ended on May 7, 2016 . Moved up from the Hong Kong First Division League was Southern District RSA . The defending champion was Kitchee SC .

Eastern AA became Premiere League champions for the first time, qualifying for the second qualifying round of the 2017 AFC Champions League . The Wong Tai Sin DRSC had to relegate to the Hong Kong First Division League .
