Brunswick is a city in Medina County in the US state of Ohio . The city had a total of 33,388 inhabitants at the last census in 2000.

The city is located in the north of Medina County in Brunswick Hills Township , right on the border with Cuyahoga County . Brunswick has an area of 32.6 km², of which only 0.1 km² is water.
Demographic data
According to the 2000 United States Census Bureau census, the city had 33,388 residents, 11,883 households, and 9,280 families who resided in the city. The population density was 1028 people per km². The racial, the population was composed of 97.09% White, 0.74% African American , 0.13% Native American , 0.86% Asian , 0.02% Pacific Islander , 0.38% Other Ethnic, and 0 , 78% mixed race together. 1.36% are Latinos of any race.
