The Brushkana Creek is a 45 km long left tributary of the Nenana River in Alaska .

The Brushkana Creek rises at an altitude of about 1500  m in the Talkeetna Mountains . Initially it flows mainly in an easterly direction. After about 20 km it turns north-northeast. The Denali Highway crosses the river 8 km above the mouth. 4 km above the confluence with the Nenana River, Monahan Creek flows into Brushkana Creek on the right. This turns west for the last few kilometers. Brushkana Creek drains an area of ​​approximately 600 km².

In 1913, FH Moffit of the US Geological Survey (USGS) documented the Indian Tanana name of the river.
