The Brushkana Creek is a 45 km long left tributary of the Nenana River in Alaska .
The Brushkana Creek rises at an altitude of about 1500 m in the Talkeetna Mountains . Initially it flows mainly in an easterly direction. After about 20 km it turns north-northeast. The Denali Highway crosses the river 8 km above the mouth. 4 km above the confluence with the Nenana River, Monahan Creek flows into Brushkana Creek on the right. This turns west for the last few kilometers. Brushkana Creek drains an area of approximately 600 km².
In 1913, FH Moffit of the US Geological Survey (USGS) documented the Indian Tanana name of the river.
