Budsyn ( Ukrainian Будзин ; Russian Будзин Budsin , Polish Budzyn ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Oblast Ivano-Frankivsk with about 500 inhabitants (2001) and an area of ​​6.328 km².

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1698, was the center of an independent district council until September 14, 2016 and has since been part of the newly founded rural community of the village of Olescha ( Олешанська сільська громада Oleschanska silska hromada ) in the north of the Tlumatsch district .

In the center of Budsyn is the St. Dmitry Church, a listed wooden church built in 1869 .

The village lies in a bend of the Dniester , road 11 km north from the community center Olesha, 27 km north-east of Rajonzentrum Tlumach and 53 km east of the Oblastzentrum Ivano-Frankivsk .
