The Bujunda ( Russian Буюнда ) is a 434 km long right tributary of the Kolyma in Siberia ( Russia , Asia ).

The Bujunda rises in the Kolyma Mountains in the Magadan Oblast , which it flows through in its entire course. In the lower reaches it forms rapids .

The catchment area covers 24,800 km². The mean monthly water flow in the middle reaches (below the confluence of the Burkat tributary; 265 km above the confluence with the Kolyma) is 87.5 m³ / s (minimum in April: 1.81 m³ / s, maximum in June: 398 m³ / s ). The Bujunda freezes from October to May. There are more than 1500 lakes in the Bujunda catchment area .
