Bulinovac ( Cyrillic : Булиновац ) is a village in the Opština Knjaževac and in the Okrug Zaječar in eastern Serbia .

Bulinovac is located on the southern foothills of the Carpathian Mountains , in the southern part of the Timočka Krajina region .

According to the 2002 census (self-nomination) there were 194 inhabitants. 192 of them were Serbs and 2 were of unknown nationality.
