The national highway 263 (abbreviation: B 263 ) is a German national road in Hesse . Originally it connected the 1st Ring ( B 54 ) with the beginning of the A 671 in Wiesbaden as " Mainzer Straße " .

With effect from December 31, 2014, large parts of the B 263 were downgraded to Kreisstraße 650. Only the 700 meter northern extension of the A 671 to the Mainzer Straße junction of the A 66 has remained as the B 263.
