The Dietmannsried castle is a lost moated castle of the type of a tower hill castle (moth) on the southern cemetery wall in the "Inselweiher" in Dietmannsried (Am Inselweiher) in the Oberallgäu district in Bavaria .
The castle was owned by a knight Ritzner von Überbach, a ministerial officer from Kempten.
Only the tower hill and the ring moat are left of the former castle complex , which is now indicated by a memorial stone .
