Busso von Bismarck (born May 1, 1824 in Schönhausen , † October 10, 1887 in Gotha ) was a German judge. He sat in the Prussian House of Representatives .

He was the son of Friedrich von Bismarck and his mother Charlotte nee. from Bredow . He himself married Pauline Borchmann in 1869 . The son Busso emerged from the marriage.

Life

He studied law and entered the Prussian judicial service. In 1855 he was a court assessor at the public prosecutor's office in Marienburg , later in Anklam . From 1869 he was a district judge in Flatow and from 1871 director of the local district court. In 1874 he moved to Merseburg in the same position . In 1879 he was director of the district court in Liegnitz . A year later he became president of the regional court in Schneidemühl . He had the same function in Cottbus from 1883 . Since 1887 he was President of the Senate at the Higher Regional Court in Breslau .

Von Bismarck was also politically active as a conservative and free-conservative member of the Prussian state parliament . He was a member of the House of Representatives from 1870 to 1876 and from 1882 to 1887.
