The Bystrý potok , also Bystrá, is a right tributary of the Lubina in the Czech Republic.

course

The Bystrý potok rises northeast of Pustevny below the nature reserve Kněhyně-Čertův mlýn on the western slope of the Kněhyně (1257 m) in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids . On its way to the northwest, the stream initially forms a deep notch valley through the mountainous region of Radhošťská hornatina. The Bystrý vodopád, a waterfall three meters high, is located 740 meters above sea level. Between the Velká Stolová (1049 m) and the Noříčí hora (1047 m) the Bystrý potok flows into the Beskid foothills ( Podbeskydská pahorkatina ). The villages of Bystré, Planiska and Frenštát pod Radhoštěm lie along its course . At the confluence of the Lomná, the stream on the border between Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and Trojanovice is bridged by the Frýdek-Místek - Valašské Meziříčí railway. On its course through Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, the Bystrý potok is also known as Lomná . After 11.5 kilometers, the Bystrý potok flows into the Lubina on the northwestern outskirts of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm.
