history
In May 2000 the first Cafe & Bar Celona opened in Hanover . A second company was opened in Osnabrück at the end of the year . In the years that followed, other businesses were established.
In addition to a second “Cafe & Bar Celona” location in Hanover, Celona’s subsidiary concept “Finca & Bar Celona” opened its first branch directly on the Pegnitz in Nuremberg in 2007 .
In December 2014 the first Cafe & Bar Celona outside of Germany opened in Enschede , Netherlands .
To promote communication and clarify the question of whether guests want to be served or served, Cafe & Bar Celona put the “you-you-cube” on the table for three months across Germany from January 2015. With this cube the guest could indicate whether he would like to be accepted or served by the staff.
The 30th Celona opened in Göttingen in 2016 .
concept
The all-day concept should reflect Mediterranean influences in the kitchen, selection of drinks, furnishings and atmosphere. In addition to the normal menu, there is a daily breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet, a selection of cakes, as well as coffee specialties, ice cream and cocktails.
