Carl Hauser (politician)

Carl Hauser (born July 5, 1865 in Freiburg im Breisgau ; † March 10, 1917 there ) was a politician, member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Hauser attended elementary school from 1871 to 1875 and the higher middle school until 1881. He was an apprentice in Freiburg until 1883 and as a journeyman in Stuttgart , Mainz , Magdeburg , Dresden , Pirna and Freiburg. As a one-year volunteer , he served in the 5th Baden Infantry Regiment No. 113 in 1884/85. From 1899 was a city councilor in Freiburg, from 1896 first commander of the fire brigade and from 1904 district councilor.

From 1907 to 1912 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Grand Duchy of Baden 5 (Freiburg im Breisgau, Emmendingen ) and the German Center Party .
