Carl Johann Christoph von Dietherdt

Carl Johann Christoph von Dietherdt (* December 24, 1746 in Hohengrape ; † October 3, 1809 in Kölpin ) was a Prussian district administrator . From 1795 to 1809 he was in charge of the Arnswald district .

He came from the noble von Dietherdt family . His father Caspar Christoph Friedrich von Dietherdt (1707–1780) was a secondary lieutenant and heir to Hohengrape , Dietersdorf and Pumptow . His mother Susanne Amalie (1717–1764) was born from Papstein. His brother Philipp Georg von Dietherdt (1741-1807) rose to the position of Prussian major general, conducting minister and president of the upper war college.

Carl Johann Christoph von Dietherdt joined the Prussian army in 1763 , where he last served as a captain ("Capitain"). In 1783 he said goodbye and managed three estates in the Arnswalder Kreis in Neumark , which he had bought the year before. From 1791 he worked here as a district deputy .

In 1795 he was elected as the successor to the late Christian Ludwig von Sydow to the district administrator of the Arnswald district . He remained in office until 1809.

He was married; his wife died before him.
