The Carleton Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Royal Society Range it flows from the northwest slopes of Mount Lister in a northerly direction to the Emmanuel Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1963 after Carleton College in Northfield , Minnesota , of which several researchers were active in Antarctica .
