Carlo Fanton

Carlo Fanton (born May 26, 1910 in San Tomio di Malo (municipality of Malo ), Italy ; † March 26, 1999 ) was an Italian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Vicenza .

Life

Carlo Fanton received on 10 July 1932, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On January 7, 1967, Pope Paul VI appointed him . as titular bishop of Bennefa and auxiliary bishop in Vicenza. The Bishop of Vicenza, Carlo Zinato , ordained him episcopal on February 24 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Valva e Sulmona , Luciano Marcante , and the Bishop of Treviso , Antonio Mistrorigo . Fanton was named titular bishop of Acelum on November 13, 1976 .

On December 31, 1988, Pope John Paul II accepted Carlo Fanton's resignation due to reasons of age.
