Carlos César Neves (born April 21, 1987 in Uberaba , Minas Gerais ) is a Brazilian football player . The right foot is used on the right defensive or midfield side.

Career

Carlos César started his career in the youth team of Criciúma EC . Here he made the leap into the professional squad in 2006. He played his first league game after joining Guarani FC . On July 25, 2009 he made his debut against ABC Natal in the B series . His first league goal was on September 14, 2011, now at Boa EC , in Series B against his former club Guarani FC. In 2011 he came to Atlético Mineiro . At the club, he only got beyond the role of reserve player in the 2016 season and was loaned out several times. When he won the Copa Libertadores 2013 , he sat on the bench four times, but did not make any appearances. Atlético let the contract with him expire at the end of July 2019 .
