Carlos Da Cruz (born December 20, 1974 in Paris ) is a former French cyclist.

Carlis Da Cruz began his cycling career on the track . In 1995 he was French champion in team pursuit , in 1997 third in this discipline at the World Track Championships in Perth, together with Jérôme Neuville , Philippe Ermenault and Franck Perque . In the same year he switched to the professional with cycling team Big Mat and from then on started mainly in road races . In four years at Big Mat, he could celebrate only one stage win. After a year at Festina , he started at fdjeux.com in 2002 . 2003 was his strongest year. He won a stage and the overall classification at the Circuit Cycliste Sarthe . In 2007 he ended his cycling career; since then he has been involved in organizing the Tour de France , among other things .
