Franck Perque
Franck Perque (born November 30, 1974 in Amiens ) is a French cyclist who was mainly successful on the track .
Franck Perque won his first medal at the UCI track world championships in 1997 with third place in the team pursuit , together with Jérôme Neuville , Philippe Ermenault and Carlos Da Cruz . The following year he signed a contract with the road cycling team Française des Jeux , for which he won a stage in the Tour de Normandie . In 2002 Perque became world champion in Madison for the first time with Jérôme Neuville . In 2003 he won his second bronze medal in the team pursuit (with Fabien Merciris, Jérôme Neuville and Fabien Sanchez ), and in 2004 he became world champion in the points race. In 2006 he became French champion in this discipline for the second time.
