Volodymyr Ivanovich Rybin ( Ukrainian Володимир Іванович Рибін ; born September 14, 1980 ) is a Ukrainian cyclist .

Volodymyr Rybin started at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , where he and his compatriot Wassyl Jakowlew took fifth place in the two-man team . Since 2005 he has been driving for the Italian Continental Team Universal Caffè . In his first year there, he was world champion in points racing at the track cycling world championships in Los Angeles . A year later he won the silver medal in Madison with Ljubomyr Polatajko in Bordeaux . Since 2007 he has been driving for the Ukrainian team ISD-Sport Donetsk .
