Volodymyr Duma

Volodymyr Duma ( Ukrainian Володимир Дума ; born March 2, 1972 in Velyki Lazy ) is a former Ukrainian cyclist .

Wolodymyr Duma began his career in 1998 with the Scrigno-Gaerne cycling team . In his first year he won a stage in the Tour de Suisse . In 2000 he drove for Ceramiche Panaria and became Ukrainian road racing champion. In his last year with the Italian Equipe, he won the one-day race GP Industria & Commercio di Prato . In 2006 he won a stage and the overall ranking of the Tour of Japan and in 2010 the Bałtyk-Karkonosze Tour .

Twice - in 2000 and 2004 - Duma started in road races at the Olympic Games. In 2000 in Sydney he was ranked 26th.

In 2010 Duma resigned from active cycling.
