Cecilia Christine Elisabeth Andersson (also Anderson ; born October 4, 1982 on Väddö ) is a former Swedish ice hockey goalkeeper . Her home club is Norrtälje IK, and later she also played for Ekero IK. Since 2003 she has lived in Canadian Montreal in the Province of Quebec and played until 2006 for the Concordia Stingers , the Hockey Team of Concordia University . At the university, she also studied leisure sciences .
At the 2005 World Cup , she won the bronze medal with the Swedish national team . A year later, at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin , she reached the final with the national team and finally won the silver medal in the Olympic ice hockey tournament . She made a total of 40 international matches for Sweden.
