Cedros is a freguesia (municipality) on the Portuguese Azores island of Flores . It belongs to the Santa Cruz das Flores district and has 128 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

history

The island of Flores was settled around 1500 . The Cedros community was founded much later. In 1693 the residents of Cedros' reached the official facility as an independent community.
