Cem Uluğnuyan (born December 18, 1989 ) is a Turkish Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 63 kilograms.

Uluğnuyan has been competing in international competitions since 2007 and competed in his first title fights at the 2008 European Championships in Rome , but retired in his opening match. The following year Uluğnuyan celebrated his greatest sporting success so far. At the 2009 World Championships in Copenhagen , he moved into the semi-finals in the class up to 63 kilograms and won his first international medal. In Vigo he also became Junior European Champion in the same year. At the 2010 European Championships , Uluğnuyan also won his first European Championship medal with bronze. At the 2011 World Cup in Gyeongju and the 2012 European Championship in Manchester , he fought his way to the quarter-finals, but then dropped out.

Uluğnuyan starts for the Ankara PTT association . He is studying at Selçuk University .
